Tip 3 – Always remove your make up. The oil in your make up may be affecting your skin, making you more prone to acne and spots. Try to go with oil free make-ups and creams, and always take off your make up before you go to bed at night.
Tip 4 – Watch your diet. If you maintain a healthy diet, eat enough fruit, vegetables and ensure you’re getting all of your essential vitamins, you’ll be far less likely to suffer from spots.
